Wow, talk about night and day from what type of product WCI used to produce compared to the cookie cutter bare minimum builder grade Lennar is. We were shocked the approval board even lets Lennar build these type of low quality homes in Lakewood Ranch/Country Club East. The road of their homes all look the same and wow do they look out dated and cheap. Paint color and roof colors were so old and out dates, their light fixtures are so cheap...could they not spend $150 more and put up a decent lighting package?

Between the A/C breaking, missing sensors, broken outlets, marks on the wall, poorly done landscaping..etc. We call almost everyday for fixes and it shouldn't be that way. Not mention, expect to be on the phone for 2 hours every time for anything. Truly low quality service at an insane high rate.
The staff really helped us get through the process smoothly. Communications back and forth were very good. After we moved in they had a quick response to any issue we had. Skip the hassle of listing, months of showing and juggling double mortgages.

They kept saying that there is no problem with the porch. We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse. The second time they came, they made it even worse and left a mess of concrete on the porch. Now it makes your feet dirty with concrete every time you step on it barefoot.
If 1% of them are unhappy, that is 2500 people who take every chance to tell people how much Lennar sucks. They are probably right in their individual circumstances, but its awfully tough to paint Lennar with a broad brush based on the opinion of 1% of their customers IMHO. We called Lennar and they quickly send someone out to do a quick fix to the system and we were told that it a courtesy call as the AC unit is out of warranty period. Hmm, should ductwork that are NOT connected to all the air vent be considered a building design flaw or part of the AC warranty?? Anyhow with the quick fix, we found the system to be manageable, after all a little puff of air is a blessing compared to no air flow at all I supposed. I'm going to name a few people who helped us get through this process and our experiences with them.
